Members and guests need to clear the pool area as quickly as possible. River Hills will abide by the safety rules set forth by the National Lightning Safety Institute(NLSI). These rules require you to wait 30 minutes after the thunder and lightning to stop entirely before allowing members back into water. In the case of heavy rain without thunder and lightning the pool will be cleared when the lifeguards cannot see the bottom of the pool.
